not cup of tea不感興趣--- if someone or something is not your cup of tea, you do not like them or you are not interested in them

examples:

1. Singing is not my cup of tea.

我對唱歌不感興趣

2. She is not my cup of tea.

我不喜歡她

on a shoestring有限的資金---if you do something on a shoestring, you do it using very little money

Examples:

1. They started their business on a shoestring and built it up gradually.
