After years of hide-and-seek with the media, actress Shu Qi and director Stephen Fung came out as a couple and announced their marriage on Saturday.
Shu Qi, 40, and Fung, 42, tied the knot in Prague, where he is directing her in The Adventurers, a treasure hunt movie also starring Jean Reno and Andy Lau, said the report.
The newlyweds said in a press statement: "We've known each other for 20 years and been in love for four years. Yes, we've decided to be entangled with each other for life."
They thanked their fans, and added: "You can miss anything, but don't miss out on the one who loves you."
Surprising Health Benefits of Love By Amanda Greene
It can make you physically fit.
No, you don't get to bid your gym membership goodbye. But, it turns out that couples who exercise together have more success than people who sweat solo. According to certified fitness trainer and nutritionist Jay Cardiello, "nearly half of people who exercise alone quit their programs after one year, but two-thirds of those who work out with a loved one stick to it." Even better: Both men and women work between 12 and 15 percent harder when training with a romantic partner.
It might help you live longer.
"There's a long history of research that has looked at the health benefits of marriage," says Joseph Hullett, MD, psychiatrist and senior medical director for OptumHealth, Behavioral Solutions. "According to a 2004 study by the CDC, mortality rates were found to be the lowest in married couples." Dr. Hullett attributes these findings to the fact that, generally speaking, people experience less stress when they're in committed, healthy relationships—and less stress means better health.
It can improve your mental well-being.
We all know that being in love makes us feel elated, but it's not just in our heads. There actually is scientific evidence of romance's blissful effects on the brain. Dr. Braverman references a study from Rutgers University that found participants, when they looked at photos of people they deeply love, had an increase of dopamine brain activity, which is associated with optimism, energy and a sense of well-being.

Why Frying Food Is Unhealthy by JESSICA BRUSO
You are better off baking, roasting, grilling or steaming your food instead of frying it. Frying food increases your fat and calorie intake, especially if you bread foods before you fry them, fry at too low of a temperature or put too much food in the pan at once. Putting too much food in the pan at one time lowers the temperature of the oil, and lower oil temperatures increase the amount of time it takes to fry the food, thus increasing the amount of fat absorbed during cooking. The high fat and calorie content in fried food increases your risk for numerous health problems.
Increased Obesity Risk
Foods high in fat, such as fried foods, are also higher in calories, since a gram of fat provides 9 calories compared to the 4 calories found in each gram of protein or carbohydrates. If you eat fried foods regularly, you are more likely to become overweight or obese. A study published in the February 2013 issue of "Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases" found that consuming fried foods more than four times per week increased the risk for obesity compared to consuming these foods less than two times per week.
Increased Stroke Risk
Increased Diabetes Risk
Consuming fried foods regularly is linked to an increased risk for type-2 diabetes, according to a study published in "Diabetes Care" in April 2011. It isn't just deep-fried foods that increase your diabetes risk, as another study, published in "Nutrition & Food Science" in 2013, found that women who ate shallow-fried foods daily were more likely to suffer from diabetes than those who ate these foods less frequently.
Increased Cancer Risk
Limiting the amount of fried food you eat can help you lower your risk for prostate cancer. People who ate some of the more typically fried foods, such as fried fish, fried chicken, doughnuts or french fries, at least once a week had a higher risk for prostate cancer compared to those who ate these foods less than once a week in a study published in the journal "Prostate" in June 2013.
