以前不離不棄的叫夫妻,

現在不離不棄的是手機,

一機在手,天長地久!

機不在手,魂都沒有。

其實古人早已瞭然,並專門設置了一個成語:

機不可失!

烏龜頸與手機恐懼症
Nomophobia                         Wikipedia

Nomophobia is a proposed name for the phobia of being out of mobile phone contact. It is, however, arguable that the word "phobia" is misused and that in the majority of cases it is another form of anxiety disorder. According to Bianchi and Philips (2005) psychological factors are involved in the overuse of a mobile phone. These could include low self-esteem, when individuals looking for reassurance use the mobile phone in inappropriate ways, and extroverted personality, when naturally social individuals use the mobile phone to excess. It is also highly possible that nomophobic symptoms may be caused by other underlying and preexisting mental disorders, with likely candidates including social phobia or social anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and panic disorder.

The term, an abbreviation for "no-mobile-phone phobia", was coined during a 2010 study by the UK Post Office who commissioned YouGov, a UK-based research organization to look at anxieties suffered by mobile phone users. The study found that nearly 53% of mobile phone users in Britain tend to be anxious when they "lose their mobile phone, run out of battery or credit, or have no network coverage". The study found that about 58% of men and 47% of women suffer from the phobia, and an additional 9% feel stressed when their mobile phones are off. The study sampled 2,163 people. Fifty-five percent of those surveyed cited keeping in touch with friends or family as the main reason that they got anxious when they could not use their mobile phones. The study compared stress levels induced by the average case of nomophobia to be on-par with those of "wedding day jitters" and trips to the dentist. Another study found that out of 547 male, undergraduate students in Health Services 23% of the students were classified as nomophobic while an additional 64% were at risk of developing nomophobia. Of these students, ~77% checked their mobile phones 35 or more times a day.

Smartphones becoming real pains in our necks
By Park Tae-kyun [angie@joongang.co.kr]

After a few too many years of a connected life, however, Kim’s neck started to feel stiff last year. At first, she paid it no heed, but she soon felt the pain increasing. In February, she went to a hospital near her residence in Gangseo District.

She was diagnosed with “turtleneck syndrome,” an increasingly common malady among young people who remain in fixed positions for too long surfing the Internet or using smartphones. (It is also called forward head posture syndrome, when the spine goes into an anterior position.)

The smartphone is good for keeping connected and entertained - but it’s anything but good for your spine. Sitting in front of the computer for long hours takes its toll in neck and spine problems, and the use of smartphones is accelerating the damage.

According to Teunteun Hospital, a clinic that specializes in neck and spine treatments, the number of patients suffering from neck pains that visited the hospital last year was 811 in their 40s, followed by 699 patients in their 20s.

North Korean leader's brother Kim Jong-nam killed at Malaysia airport - BBC News

The half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, Kim Jong-nam, has been killed in an attack in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysian police say he was waiting at the airport for a flight to Macau on Monday when a woman covered his face with a cloth which burnt his eyes.

He was using a passport in a different name at the time.

The late Kim Jong-il's eldest son is thought to have fled North Korea after being passed over for the leadership.
What happened?

Kim Jong-nam was attacked at about 09:00 (01:00 GMT) on Monday while waiting at the budget terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport for a 10:00 flight to Macau, Malaysia's Star newspaper reports, quoting police.

How the attack actually unfolded is still unclear. Malaysian police official Fadzil Ahmat told The Star that Mr Kim had alerted a receptionist, saying "someone had grabbed him from behind and splashed a liquid on his face".

But quoted by Malaysian news agency Bernama, the same official said a woman had come at him from behind and "covered his face with a cloth laced with a liquid". Earlier reports spoke of a "spray" being used or a needle.

What is a Hitman?      wisegeek

A hitman is a man who’s been hired to kill someone; when a woman takes up the occupation, the appropriate term is “hitwoman.” Although often associated with organized crime, many hitmen are in fact amateurs, responding to expressions of frustration by friends and neighbors. The kind of romanticized contract killings portrayed in the movies are just that, and the reality is that murder-for-hire is a brutal, dangerous and illegal occupation.

As commonly understood, a hitman is hired by a client who wants a third person dead. The killer may be an independent contractor who establishes an arms-length arrangement with the client, or, in the case of organized crime, may already be an associate or employee of the client. Although research in the field is limited, evidence suggests that the majority of contract killings are solicited by private citizens for the purpose of terminating an intimate relationship, such as a marriage where the proposed victim is unwilling to grant a divorce, or is worth more to the client dead than alive. Other common reasons are revenge and retribution.
