各位好朋友: 青年先生來了! 回覆杜先生的e-mail。
本人接到住在杜拜的杜先生的mail，請問我(肚子痛)的英文該如何說? 看似簡單的問題，卻不容易回答，青年先生沒有肚子痛，到先頭痛起來了。

Answers:

1. cramps絞痛---severe pain in the stomach

example: I have a cramp. (絞痛)

2. Stomachache肚子痛---pain in the stomach or the bowels.

example: I have a stomachache. (我的肚子痛)

3. Diarrhea落塞(拉肚子)---Excessive and frequent evacuation of watery feces, usually indicating gastrointestinal distress or disorder.

example : I think I have diarrhea. (我好像要腹瀉)

4. the runs--- It means you had diarrhea - runny bowel movements.

examples: She has the runs, and needs to be sent to hospital.

她肚子痛, 需要送往醫院.
He ate something bad, and now he’s got the runs.

他吃了些變質的東西, 所以现在拉肚子.

5. upset stomach - a disorder of digestive function characterized by discomfort or heartburn or nausea

example: I’ve the symptom of upset stomach, and diarrhea.

我有肚子痛,上吐下瀉的症狀
