有點生氣! 有點生氣!青年先生今晚有點鬱卒! 首先今天是七夕中國情人節，青年先生沒有情人相伴，又颱風天晚上，參加一個聚會，有個女人，跟在下我，爭執一個英文問題，又悶了一肚子氣，氣! 氣! 氣!捶心肝!先撇下這些不愉快，讓青年先生，給各位會員解解悶先。
「Fuck to burn the crayfish」?
「Government abuse chicken」
「The strange fish」?
「Chicken without sexual life」? What are these?
各位看倌朋友，先不要抓破您的頭皮，等會兒，青年先生跟您說分明。現在又回到先前我所說的，爭執的英文問題，那位女子跟在下我，爭執一個英文翻譯的問題。青年救國團的(團)字，一字英文如何翻譯？青年先生想了想，救國團是一個社會大型的社團活動，就順口說club應該可表達，這位固執的女子堅持用camp，以下為兩個英文單字，英英字典的英文解釋。
Club--
1. A group of people organized for a common purpose, especially a group that meets regularly
2. The building, room, or other facility used for the meetings of an organized group.
3. Sports An athletic team or organization.
Camp—
1.. A place where tents, huts, or other temporary shelters are set up, as by soldiers, nomads, or travelers.
2. A cabin or shelter or group of such buildings
3. A place in the country that offers simple group accommodations and organized recreation or instruction, as for vacationing children
青年先生才疏學淺，但是學習積極，經查證如下---中國青年救國團，簡稱救國團，英文名稱 Ｃhina Ｙouth Ｃorps ，縮寫ＣＹＣ
Social Education Center of CYC ，或 Social Education Center of China Youth Corps
青年救國團總不能翻為 young man save country camp
其實，青年先生想說，學習應該是雙向的，開放的，不能執著，否則不會進步，翻譯要有邏輯性，及貼切性，相關性，不能照字直翻，不然會令人笑到噴飯噴口水。
現在青年先生跟各位解釋前面一些英文句子，這些都是出現在大陸餐廳裡的英文菜單，指的是什麼料理，你知道嗎？
在大陸的一些餐館，常看見各種讓人摸不著頭緒的英文菜單，讓外國遊客看得一頭霧水。
「Fuck to burn the crayfish」? 指的是乾煸龍蝦
「Government abuse chicken」，指的是「宮保雞」，照英文字譯就成了「政府虐待雞」
「the strange fish」 (陌生的魚)，指的是生魚片。
童子雞，英文該怎麽譯？ "chicken without sexual life"還沒有性生活的雞，
