What most people call "heaven" is actually an eternal city which the Bible calls the "new Jerusalem." It will be spectacular. As a sampling, here is what heaven will look like.
A river, clear as crystal, will flow from the throne of God and of the Lamb [Jesus] down the middle of the city. On each side of the river there will be a tree of life, yielding twelve kinds of fruit every month. The streets will be pure gold, like transparent glass. The presence of the Lord will be its light.
This is a common belief — that heaven is a cloudy, bright and angel-filled world. Well, a Harvard neurosurgeon agrees with this idea. According to The Huffington Post, Dr. Even Alexander saw heaven after he fell into a coma in 2008. During his time there, he saw big puffy clouds, came into contact with an angel and heard beautiful sounds, Huff Post reported.

有位建設公司的大老闆往生了， 到地府報到，閻王問他：「你希望上天堂還是下地獄？」 建商說：「我可以先參觀嗎？」

第二天再參觀地獄，
第三天我再問你
希望上天堂還是下地獄。」
終於到了第三天，閻王問建商：「你決定如何？」
建商：「天堂真的很美，但是人很少，很冷清；
地獄不但人多，而且我還看到好多同行的朋友，
都在—起唱歌、喝酒、聊天，還有辣妹陪侍，所以我決定到地獄去。」
結果，建商立即就分配到地獄，
但他一報到立刻被執行上刀山、下油鍋的酷刑。
建商受刑後飽受委屈，向閻王申訴：
「為什麼我參觀地獄時所見的場景與事實完全不一樣？」
